    Dark Sunglasses Tints - Provide approximately 70% light absorption and 100% UV protection.

    • Suitable for sunglasses to protect against strong sunlight.
    • Suitable if you have a slight aversion to bright light.

    Light Tints - Provide approximately 30% light absorption.

    • Suitable to protect against low levels of sunlight on an overcast or cloudy day.
    • Suitable for indoor use.

    Provide 100% UV protection, visual comfort and improve contrast. Block horizontally-polarised light to prevent glare.

    If you prescription Sphere measurement is greater than +/- 6.00 or Cylinder greater than +/- 2.00, you will require custom lenses and this will attract an additional fee - which you will be informed of before your order can be processed by us.

    Average / Don't know PD Selected
    We will use an average PD (pupillary distance) value for this prescription. If you have a higher prescription, we recommend you seek your correct PD value before placing your order, or send us an old pair of glasses to confirm this measurement.

    Sending glasses for PD check
    We will keep your order on hold until we receive your glasses for PD check (please include a name & order number with your glasses when you send them to us).

    Points:
    1. Glasses sent for PD check must be your own and not another persons (we need to know what your PD is for your new glasses).
    2. Ensure that your frames are not broken and lenses are not missing (as this can affect the PD reading).
    3. If glasses sent in are single vision, please note on your order if they're for reading or distance use (as this can affect the PD reading).
    4. If you would like your glasses returned please ensure you select the £4.95 option. If you choose our FREE PD check option, your frames WILL NOT be returned.
