Needed some sunglass lenses at short-notice and Sylvia was brilliant in coming back to me quickly and turning around the glasses within 48hours. Sylvia was on hand to manage the order from beginning to end.  I received my glasses back very quickly and at a fraction of the cost at other high street opticians. I have also had prescription lenses added to sunglasses which is so useful in the summer.  Will definitely use Specs2go again and have recommended to friends and family.

After being rushed by a staff member at Specsavers, I decided to try Specs2Go for the first time, and the whole experience was excellent 🙌 I paid half the price (compared to Specsavers) for better-quality sunglass reglazing, and they had the dark red tint I was looking for 🕶️ They also offer a much wider range of tints, not just the usual black and brown you see at big high street stores My sunglasses were ready in just 3 days!! ⏱️ Communication was excellent, and Silvia was very friendly 😊

Their prices are the best out there but their customer service is miles ahead of any major retailer I’ve used and I’ve accessed tons of luxury boutiques and stores.
