Exchanges & Refunds

We will exchange or refund your eyewear up to 14 days after delivery/collection however we do not cover return postage fees or the cost of lenses. If prescription orders are returned a minimum of £30 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that orders of more than 2 frames are classed as a bulk order. If you wished to return more than two frames to us you will be charged a restocking fee of £10 per frame.

 

Please note that international shipping charges will not be refunded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging intact.

If you believe your prescription eyewear is faulty, please contact us by email on [email protected] or call us on 020 8064 0960.
Once your RMA (returns) has been authorised, you will be provided with the details of where and how to return your glasses to us.
 
We recommend returning your goods via a courier or Royal Mail service that requires a signature such as Special Delivery, that is insured. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely to avoid any damage as it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging intact.Please include either your invoice or a note with your name and order number and the reason for return.
We always strive to action your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
 
Please note that should you decide to return your order the cost you have paid for postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
