Shipping & Delivery


We guarantee to dispatch your products within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment (Monday – Friday). We ship within the UK and internationally. We offer a range of postal options, all of which can be viewed on our postage section during checkout.


Privacy & Security


We take our customers’ privacy and security very seriously. For that reasons, we have a dedicated team of web developers and server administrators to ensure our website meets required security standards. You’ll notice that our website is fully insured and verified by viewing the lock icon security certificate to the left of the domain name in your browser on all checkout pages.


We do not store credit card details, and instead, use PayPal as our payment gateway for secure payments. Your user details are securely stored and all passwords are fully encrypted in our secure database. Rest assured that your information is never shared with any third party.




Should you wish to exchange a non-faulty product or ask for a refund, simply send the product back to us within 7 days in an unused and unopened condition. Customers who wish to exchange or request a refund on a non-faulty product are required to pay postage back to our depot and will also incur a 20% stocking fee. In the unlikely event that a product is delivered to you in a faulty condition, contact us, by email or by phone, within 7 days. We will then provide you with further details on how to send the product back to us. We will reimburse you for the return postage and exchange your product for you at no cost.




We make ordering simple. Just find the product you’re after, either by navigating through our site using our user friendly menus and filters, or search for the product you’re after using the search field located at the top right of our website. Then, simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and follow the on-screen instructions. If you’re already a customer, you can log in to have your personal and shipping details pre-filled. You can also checkout without registering on our site using our guest checkout feature.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions


All payments and prices on our site are in GBP. Terms and conditions on promotions are stated clearly on the promotion banner itself.


Viewing Orders


We ensure that you can always keep track of all your orders with us. Simply log in to your account and click the ‘My Orders’ link on the left menu from your user dashboard.


Updating Account Information


You can update your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and selecting the required information you wish to edit using the left hand menu.
